To get the optimal 25W wireless charging, please ensure all of the following conditions are met:
- You're using an iPhone 16 series or later running iOS 26 or above.
- You're connected to an original or single-port USB-C adapter rated at 45W or higher.
- You're either using no case or a MagSafe-compatible case no thicker than 2.5 mm.

What do the different light ring colors mean?

The LED ring indicates the following statuses:

🔵 Solid Blue:Airflow cooling is on.

⚪️Solid White:Airflow cooling is off.

🟠Flashing Orange:
1. The connected adapter is incompatible. Use an adapter rated at least 45W to achieve 25W output.
2. A metal object has been detected. Remove any metal objects from the charging surface.

How do I control the airflow cooling using the light ring?

Double-tap the light ring to toggle the airflow cooling on or off. Single-tap to check the current airflow cooling status. All lights will automatically turn off after 10 seconds for a distraction-free experience.

What should I pay attention to when charging an Apple Watch with a non-detachable loop band?

Make sure the watch band is securely tightened before placing it on the charger. If the band is loose or not properly fastened, it may block the wireless earbud charging area below and interfere with the charging process. Keeping the band tight helps maintain a stable, uninterrupted charge.
